The Risk

Stuck on a plane
Not sure whether to take the risk and jump
Or do I play it safe…
If I jump I could pull the parachute and it may be great.
But what if instead
It all falls apart.
Is it so wrong to not take the chance?
What if Im happy staying on the plane?
With everyone around me jumping…
I may just stay…
Instead
Lets just see where it flies me.

I was inspired to write this by the stress that comes along with graduating high school. Everybody around me is going to college searching for careers and pushing strong education on themselves. I wanted to be the one person to do something different with my life and take a different path.
